Hot Date Spoonie Patch

This listing is for a cute spoonie patch designed in celebration and solidarity with my fellow chronically ill radical humans! The patch features a pastel blue hot water bottle with an unfurling banner which reads "Hot Date", surrounded by sweet hot pink hearts.

This patch is a shout out to all those doing it tough, struggling with 'routine' tasks, and managing the raging symptoms on a daily basis. You're not alone, you're incredible, you deserve love and great things! Here's to you surviving and thriving!

This patch measures approximately 9.5 x 10 cm, with a laser cut, heat-sealed edge, and iron on backing. This patch is ready to be ironed (and/or sewn for extra security) onto your jacket, vest, backpack, scarf - whatever textile base your heart desires! PLEASE NOTE: some colours may vary from screen to screen and to the actual item.

~ How To Apply ~
- Set domestic iron onto the "cotton" setting.
- Position as desired onto textile surface (ensure its not extremely heat-sensitive fabric).
- Cover the patch with a tea towel/cloth and iron for 20 minutes.
- Turn textile surface over (if possible) and iron for another 15 minutes.
- After cooling you can machine or hand stitch the patch for extra security if you wish.
